Our pricing typically ranges from $0.20 to $0.30 per square foot, depending on the surface type and condition. We provide free, no-obligation estimates based on your specific needs.
The time required depends on the size and condition of the area being cleaned. A typical driveway (500-600 sq ft) usually takes 1-2 hours. We'll provide a time estimate when we quote your project.
Not all surfaces can withstand the same pressure. We adjust our equipment settings based on the surface being cleaned. For delicate surfaces, we use lower pressure settings to ensure effective cleaning without causing damage.
As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning and a water source, you don't need to be present during the service. Many of our customers prefer to be home for the initial consultation and then leave us to complete the work.
For most residential properties, we recommend pressure washing once a year to maintain appearance and prevent buildup of dirt, mold, and mildew. Properties with heavy tree coverage or in humid areas may benefit from cleaning every 6-9 months.
Yes, we use cleaning chemicals for most properties. When dirt and grime are heavily caked on surfaces, chemicals are used to achieve a consistent, thorough clean that pressure washers alone cannot accomplish.
We take great care to protect your landscaping. The chemicals we use are diluted to reduce potential plant impact. We cover sensitive plants when necessary, and we always pre-wet and rinse vegetation before and after cleaning to minimize any effects on your garden.
We use sodium hypochlorite (bleach) that we carefully dilute to the appropriate strength for each surface. This professional cleaning solution is particularly effective for driveways, concrete, brick, and masonry surfaces, and excels at removing dirt, grime, oil stains, mold, mildew, and algae.
